 The Philips Radiology PACS application is currently experiencing performance issues, including slowness and missing prior studies. Our team is working closely with the vendor to address these concerns, and the matter has been assigned high priority. 

 On Tuesday February 24th 2026, at 6:00pm (1800) a software update will be applied to the Epic EMR.  During this Epic maintenance the screen will be locked, and a system message will appear showing the progress of the update. No action is needed. You will be able to resume your activity when the update is complete which should be an estimated 5 minutes.

 The Hyland Cloud Security Team is applying the latest security patches to servers.  Access to the hosted solution and secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) upload services will be temporarily unavailable.

A small (10-vehicle) parking area south of Research Building 21 and east of Jennie Sealy Hospital will be closed for approximately two weeks, beginning Feb. 23, 2026.  The closure will also impact access to the stairwell on the northeast corner of Jennie Sealy Hospital. 

This work will start on February 23 and will last approximately 2 weeks, weather permitting. Crews will be doing groundwork in anticipation of future utility upgrades.

The work area will be barricaded, and emergency egress to Research Building 21 will be maintained. Please avoid the area if possible.  

 Beginning Thursday, February 19 at 5 p.m., a portion of 11th Street between Market Street and Strand Street will be temporarily closed to support planned facility work at the Medical Research Building (MRB).

The project is expected to be completed by Sunday, February 22, though the closure may extend to Monday, February 23, depending on weather conditions.
